Students are limited to a maximum of 14 days per school year.   Fill our 1 form for each student.  Please enter the best email address for communication should staff or teachers have questions regarding your request.

We request two weeks notice to prepare the materials.  If this is being requested with less than two weeks notice please contact your teacher first to confirm that they do have the necessary preparation time.

Before signing the Independent Study written agreement parent or guardian of a pupil may request that the Charter School conduct a telephone, videoconference, or in-person pupil-parent-educator conference or other school meeting during which the pupil, parent or guardian, and, if requested by the pupil or parent, an education advocate, may ask questions about the educational options, including which curriculum offerings and nonacademic supports will be available to the pupil in independent study, before making the decision about enrollment or disenrollment in the various options for learning.
